CNC Turning
CNC turning is a process in which a stationary tool processes a rotating workpiece, providing high precision and repeatability. It is mainly used for round and tubular shapes, achieving better accuracy than CNC milling.

Wire EDM
Wire EDM, also known as filament EDM, uses brass or copper wire (0.05 – 0.35 mm) and deionized water as the dielectric fluid.
The wire is automatically fed, providing precise two-dimensional cutting of three-dimensional parts. This method allows the creation of complex shapes and sharp internal angles that are unattainable with traditional CNC machining.

CNC Milling
CNC milling shapes solid material using a rotating cutting tool, providing precise details and complex geometries such as grooves, holes and curves. It is also used to make casting tools. Our 3- and 4-axis CNC milling machines guarantee high accuracy and efficiency.

3D Printing
3D printing is a manufacturing technique used to create quality products and small series of parts by printing a digital model from a computer-aided design (CAD) file, layer by layer, until a physical three-dimensional object is obtained.

Volumetric Erosion Machining
Die Sinking EDM creates complex cavities by means of electric sparks between a graphite or copper electrode and the workpiece, immersed in a dielectric fluid.
The electrode forms the desired cavity, and high-frequency sparks gradually melt and vaporize the material. The process is precisely controlled, ensuring high accuracy and quality.

Welding
Welding is a key manufacturing process in which two or more metal elements are joined by heating and melting, with or without a filler material. This method provides strong, durable joints and is widely used in industry, construction and mechanical engineering. We use modern technologies for precision, durability and high quality of welds.
